Sexual trauma in the past often leads to sexual difficulty in the present. For partners of those who have experienced sexual trauma, it is hard to know how to be helpful. Partner support is vital but knowing how to offer that support requires some intentional steps.
In this latest edition of the ForeplayRST podcast, author and sex therapist Laurie Watson and couples therapist Dr. Adam Mathews discuss what steps partners can take to relate and help.
